This privacy notice aims to inform you about how we, the Doggy Lottery Ltd (“DoggyLottery”), collect and process any information that we collect from you, or that you provide to us. The information we need to collect is:

  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Payment details

We need this information to verify your age and ensure you meet the minimum participation age (18 years), to validate that you live in the UK as currently only UK residents are able to participate, to check you are entitled to use the payment card and to enable you to pay for your lottery tickets. We also need this information to contact you about changes to the Lottery, notify you when you win and pay out prizes.

Additionally, if you have given consent that you are happy to be contacted regarding direct marketing purposes when entering the lottery, we may ask for feedback on your user experience, send updates on DoggyLottery related news and contact you regarding marketing activities.

In summary, we will only have personal data that you have provided to us. If you do not wish to provide this information, unfortunately you will not be able to participate in the Lottery.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. This can be done by sending an email to info@doggywarriors.com. Please bear in mind, that this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing for which we had consent before you withdrew it. In general terms, we remove identifiable personal data from our records seven years after the date of our last interaction. In most cases, this represents seven years after the last financial transaction.
