Charlie was 6 mths old and crippled. His spine was twisting as he grew, and he had lost control of his bladder, and the forward and back movement in his hind legs. He was losing all power in the body from his shoulders back, and his future was bleak.

We sent him to a famous vet in the south of England. After great surgery he got back his bladder control, the movement of his hind legs and no more health deterioration. However damage had been done to his spinal cord prior to us getting him so he did not get back core stability. However he has trainer wheels and he powers along on all 4 legs. He was adopted by one of the nurses, and has a normal life.

My name is Rosie. My owners could not keep me anymore and I was terribly upset when I had to leave them. I was very scared and wondered what was happening to me! It took a long time for me to trust my new foster mum. She was dedicated to making me confident again. She spent lots of time sitting with me and being kind until I understood that she just wanted to help me.
The Rehome Team found me a fabulous new family who understood my nervousness and made me feel better, now I love my new life so much!.

Winston

Winston is an older boy who we saved from a kill shelter. He was very poorly and we were actually at the point that we decided that it was kinder to put him to sleep. However, when the vet went to do this, he rallied a tiny bit and ate for the first time. So we monitored his progress and from that point forward he kept fighting regaining his strength.

He is desperately looking for a retirement home. He has waited far too long already. Can you offer him a quiet life he so deserves?
